Non-profit organizations must hold valid 501(c)(3) status and meet the additional requirements outlined on our website.

3. Application Fee

A non-refundable $25 application handling fee, payable via gift card, is required for each application submission. This fee covers administrative processing costs and helps maintain the integrity of the review process.

Submission of a fee does not guarantee selection or any award. The Amber Grant Foundation reserves the sole right to determine grant recipients.

Important: We will NEVER ask you to pay any additional fees to release, claim, or receive a grant award. Any such request is fraudulent. Please report suspicious communications to info@ambergrantfoundation.com immediately.

4. Grant Award & Selection

The Amber Grant Foundation awards grants at its sole discretion. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal. We reserve the right to:

• Select or decline any application for any reason
• Adjust grant amounts and disbursement timelines
• Disqualify applications found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information

Grant winners may be required to provide additional documentation and sign a grant agreement before funds are disbursed.

5. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for keeping your submitted information up to date. The Foundation is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate information you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, design elements, and code — is the intellectual property of the Amber Grant Foundation and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
